Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. Many of our pieces are custom made to order and require additional time to produce. Please note for these items the estimated production time will be listed on the product detail page.
MLE is not responsible for incorrect address information. We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at the MLE studio, and will incur a reshipment fee.
MLE cannot intercept and redirect packages once they have shipped.
MLE is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once MLE has received delivery confirmation from the carrier. If you are concerned about receiving an item, please select a Signature Confirmation upon delivery and ensure your recipient will be in town on the arrival day.
Any delivery date provided for packages is an estimate. MLE is not responsible for shipping delays incurred at the receiver's end.
MLE offers free domestic ground shipping on all US orders over $50 via USPS. We also offer UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air® for an additional fee.
For UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS Next Day Air®, orders placed before 3PM ET Monday-Friday will ship out the same day as long as the piece is already made and in stock, and will be delivered on the next business day (Monday-Friday).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out on Monday. If you need your item by a certain date, please include it as a special note with your order.

MLE offers international shipping outside the US via DHL Express. Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please note, you as the receiver are responsible for duties and taxes. International orders are final sale.
Returns & Exchanges
All MLE items are produced with the highest quality materials and are meticulously inspected prior to being shipped to their destination. We stand behind our designs and the quality of our products. We also want you to be happy with the pieces MLE has created for you!
In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your purchase, MLE will do our best to make it right. Within 14 days of the delivery date, you can exchange or return your item for a refund or store credit minus return shipping costs.
Once a return or exchange request is received, you have 14 days to send it back. Returns postmarked after the 14 days will be issued store credit. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment as long as they are postmarked within the 14 days.
MLE does not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
Items must not be washed, worn or damaged, with tags attached and original packaging. Item's packaging must be returned in the condition in which it was received. If any item's packaging components are missing or damaged, return will be subject to an additional $5 restocking fee.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Please note, due to hygienic reasons, all masks, hair accessories, and pet products are ineligible for returns and are final sale items. International orders and made-to-order pieces are also final sale.
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.
30 Day Product Guarantee
All MLE products are covered for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. This means that for 30 days from the date of delivery, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or workmanship occurs. Please contact us and we'll repair or replace the piece as a courtesy.
This guarantee does not cover lost items, scratches/dents that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of MLE.
Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of madebymle.com) will not be covered under MLE's guarantee. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
In the event your well-loved MLE piece needs a touch up, we will be happy to restore it for you in our studio. Contact us at email@example.com with your order number, photos, and a description of your item.
Please note, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the item to MLE for repairs.
