We are looking for a remote email & SMS marketing specialist to manage our campaigns and flows in Klaviyo. 

Responsibilities will include:

• Creating and managing the email & SMS marketing calendar
• Owning the implementation, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns,
• Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
• Copywriting for subjects, bylines, email bodies with an elevated yet whimsical tone of voice
• Translating MLE brand visuals and tone of voice into an updated creative refresh across all automated flows
• Optimizing segmentation, design, and trigger logic of current automated flows to improve performance
• Segmenting email & SMS list to optimize performance
• Regularly cleaning current email list to remove non-engagers and improve performance
• A/B testing and strategically optimizing pop-ups and opt-ins
• Actively growing the MLE email & SMS lists via marketing initiatives
• Monitoring and reporting key metrics including email delivery, unsubscribe rate, email metrics, and business metrics and clearly communicate key learnings, actionable insights, and recommend new opportunities to leadership
• Manage ongoing optimization with A/B testing methods
• Incorporating personalization throughout campaigns and work flows

Must be/have:

• Previous experience developing campaigns & flow automations in Klaviyo
• Using Photoshop to create mobile optimized email campaigns
• Committed to brand growth and ability to perform
• Strong attention to detail
• A refined eye for design & a sophisticated tone of voice
