We are looking for a content producer to help us create and edit content for our social media, website, and marketing needs. We are searching for a talented individual who is comfortable both behind and in front of the camera, and who will be able to help us find local models for our shoots.

Content will be created on a weekly ongoing basis, either in the MLE studio/office in Saugerties, NY or on remote locations.

Responsibilities will include:

• developing moodboards for photography, Tiktoks, and Instagram Reels
• assisting on set with model, prop, and set styling
• assisting on set with lighting
• capturing video and photo content on phone
• editing content on phone or on computer
• creating Tiktoks & Instagram reels
• modeling products for content and/or scouting & hiring for models for content production
• developing new and creative highly engaging content to grow our TikTok audiences
• be one of the faces of our company on TikTok to promote and highlight trending/relevant topics for brand awareness
• work alongside founders to ensure that content is aligned with brand aesthetics and identity
• keep up with the latest social media trends such as but not limited to news, memes, celebrities, music, etc

Must be/have:

• Extremely tech-savvy, with strong communication skills
• High-level understanding of TikTok platform and video editing
• Experience editing content to create & post Tiktoks
• Knowledge and awareness of different social media trends and best practices
• Understanding and ability to speak and report on TikTok's KPIs and metrics
• Committed to brand growth and ability to perform
• Strong attention to detail
• A refined eye
• Ability to commute to Saugerties, NY for content creation
